Order Tracking

Thank you for shopping with Hovumi. Tracking your order is easy and convenient. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier tracking page.

How to Track Your Order

You can track your order in two ways:

  1. Using your tracking number: Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to be redirected to the carrier website where you can see real-time delivery updates.
  2. Using our tracking tool: Enter your order number and the email address used during checkout in the form below to view your order status and tracking information.

Order Status Meanings

  • Order Received: Your order has been placed successfully and is awaiting processing.
  • Processing: We are preparing your order for shipment, including quality checks and packaging.
  • Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way. A tracking number has been assigned.
  • In Transit: Your package is moving through the carrier network toward your delivery address.
  • Out for Delivery: Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive today.
  • Delivered: Your package has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

Shipping Timeframes

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days of placement. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days from the ship date. Delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability, and seasonal demand.

Tracking Not Updating?

If your tracking number shows no updates for more than 48 hours, please do not worry. Carrier tracking systems sometimes experience delays in updating. If you do not see any movement after 3 business days, please contact our support team at support@hovumi.shop and we will investigate immediately.

Multiple Package Shipments

For larger orders or multi-item purchases, your order may ship in multiple packages. Each package will have its own tracking number. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each package.
